  Very large store, and can be quite hard to find the items you want. Staff are always very busy.However, they do have a wide selection of toys for kids, and at a good price.

  No customer should hear this and I have voiced this to their Duty Manager "Emma" and further to this I will be writing a letter to your head office to complain about the level of customer service received

  The worst service by the staff at chadstone shopping centre Kmart. Not even a single staff member was helpful. I talked to 4 and all of them were just sore. I've been to a few Kmart s but this is the by far the worst by any standards. If you don't like working in a customer based businnes leave the job and find something else.

  I have bought a mirror and didn't mind it had a crack inside, when i bring it back to ask if i can have a refund and ready to be answered "no" but the customer service staff immediately gave my money back without a doubt! Highly recommend!

  Walked around in store to hear other staff talking about the issue and to hear such negativity from their mouths! Kmart Chadstone - you should be ashamed of your staff!

  After being notified on the phone the day before that I can come in and get my refund I ended up wasting my time coming in. I was told I'm not able to get my refund for a return I made weeks ago just because "no one is here who knows about this" and being told to come back on a non public holiday. I provided ID, the original receipt and the repair form but still unable to get what should be my consumer rights. What rubbish service. What's the point of having a "customer service" person if they can't serve the customer properly. The communication line must be appalling. Just because "someone who knows about it" is not in store, customers are being greatly inconvenienced. Thanks alot Kmart Chadstone customer service for wasting my time. But at least the Team Leader was abit more helpful in the end and listened to what I had to say. So thumbs up to her, but not the rest of the team.

  Went at 830am to collect the day after to be only told, that it's not ready. Have to wait another 30mins, come 9am it is still not ready and was told another 30mins I had to wait
