  All I wanted to do was exchange a product I bought online for an alternative brand of the exact same price. In total, it involved three trips and a 2 week wait to finally get this done – all because Apple was still processing my online order and it couldn't be closed on the system... On my final successful visit, the exchange took over half an hour. During this time (at their new store), the staff around me were constantly swapping buggy payment devices, and my friendly staff assistant constantly required various approvals from his manager. When I finally left I was actually surprised to leave with the new product.

  I've always liked Apple Stores to browse products, but my purchasing experience has never been great and I tend to avoid them now considering they rarely budge on price.

  Always plenty of staff, all of which are so friendly and always approach asking if I need assistance whenever I'm there. I did end up having to wait an extra 30 minutes for my Genius Bar appointment, but then again I didn't even book online, just walked straight in on the day, so that was fair enough and kind of expected. Bullet was such a big help and has to be the nicest worker I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Ali was also a great help at the Genius Bar. Best Apple Store I've been to.

  The new shop is absolutely amazing. Very bright and I like the ceiling windows, make everyone think about environment and power save by using sun light.

  Shittest service ever! They got like 100 staffs inside the store, but when you walk in, they just pretend that they do not see you, HOW RUDE! how do they getting paid? Do not want to go back to that store ever again.

  It would also be nice if they had 'display boxes'. There were only two of my products left on the shelf, so it would be nice to know I wasn't getting an expensive product that a hundred different people had touched.

  Getting attention of a staff was extremely difficult. When I finally found 2 staff speaking to each other and I politely said excuse me to ask where I should go for my appointment, I was rudely brushed off without even being looked at. Walked away and found someone else and still had to wait 20 mins despite the appointment. Staff that subsequently came to serve was good but by this stage, the experience was no longer pleasant.
