  My wife went in today to get her s6 edge screen sent away for repair which yesterday the salesman said would be no problem to only be told today that because the phone was bought from another country samsung would not fix it with no more explanation than that. This was not a warranty claim and we were happy to pay the price so that it could stay all orginal parts. So much for samsung being a international company.. thanks for wasting her time samsung chadstone

  These guys are amazing! I had a problem with my freshly purchased Samsung S8 via Optus and Optus was not assisting at all, while these guys invested all their time, knowledge and kindness to help me out! They are really great! I recommend this store to everyone!

  Very rude employee, I am really shocked from unexpected behaviour from one of the them who left me in the middle of converation without any explanation. Unfortunately, I couldn't see his name tag. However, I still very angry. Although I am always loyal to Samsung, now I started thinking about switching to iPhone .

  Worst experience ever! Went to the store to swap a faulty samsung S6 and what they gave me was a phone without a working mic which means the phone either works on loudspeaker or via an earphone when i male or receive calls. How convenient! I made it really clear that it would be absolutely critical that the refurbished phone they were swapping for me worked well because i was flying interstate without any samsung store where i was going and i needed my phone to work properly due to work commitments to which the staff assured me that they run all sorts of test and their technical staffs make sure that these phones are top notch before they give it to their customers! Brilliant selling point i must say but it obviously isn't the case because now i'll need to spend atleast 500 dollars to get most probably an iphone or similar which will guarantee me access to making or receiving phone calls, email and take photos conveniently without any stress . Samsung once and never again! Anyone out there who depends on their phone for work will know what i'm talking about and imagine me living with this frustration for a good 3 weeks!

  Very very friendly service, fixed my problem in 2 minutes for free if I had gone to a repair store it would have cost me $120. Gave me great advice on how to avoid happening again. Very experienced and friendly would definitely recommend.
