  Worst customer experience and rudest boss i have ever seen. Went on boxing day to purchase a rado watch and obviously looking at a deal considering the competition. Told had to leave their store as we were trying to get best price . Ended up buying the same watch at a cheaper price from a different store but dont go there unless you like being abused by a so called manager. Had to say the asian girl was helpful but her boss got not clue whatsoever.Buyers Beware!!! will never be backkkk

  I have no other recourse but to complain through the Australian Consumer Protection as Mazzucchelli retail staff are extremely uncooperative.

  My experience in buying an engagement ring at this store was great. I was treated with patience and personal involvement. At the end I got a quality deal. If you're a bargain bin hunter that demands respect; this might not be the store for you.

  I wanted a refund but they made it extremely difficult for me. They don’t call me back even when they promised me many times to give me an update. They kept passing the excuse that the regional office in Adelaide will decide. Then i finally lodged an official complaint through the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety. They were ready to replace the diamond but I rejected it as they can’t be trusted. I was ready to continue it to the Magistrates Court. Only then, Mazzucchelli agreed to give me a full refund. So i rang back the local branch where I bought the ring and the store manager who is fully aware of this case pretended she has no idea about the decision. She promised to call me back - her favourite phrase ‘live it with me’ but as expected never rang back.

  We made a purchase back in August 2017 and it’s now almost December 2017 and they haven’t given my refund yet eventhough Mazzucchelli have already agreed with the government in my favour.

  It all began when the retail shop showed me a certificate of a diamond with triple excellent cut. It took them nearly 8 weeks for ring resize. They didn’t have my original certificate saying they have ordered it. That immediately sent me alarm bells so I checked with an independent jewel appraiser to look at the inscribed serial number in the diamond. As it turned out what they have shown me on paper is different from what they had given me. The diamond that i received is lower cut quality and had more inclusions!!!
