  3 French bulldogs were lying on top of each other in a tiny box, all not moving and they were all so skinny and bony. I asked how old they were and they were 8 and a half weeks old and they looked absolutely tiny. I own a French bulldog myself and know for a fact that those dogs were incredibly tiny for 8 and a half weeks. They could have easily fit in my hand. Not to mention there were kids tapping on the glass distressing the puppies. In the other boxes there was a larger puppy who was not moving and looked dehydrated and miserable, and another box with bunnies which were all not moving. I was in tears leaving the store. Disgusting treatment of animals and I would hate to think of where these puppies come from, puppy farms no doubt. So incredibly sad.

  Good evening, my self and my partner visited your store today and we were completely lost and unsure of what we actually needed. A gentleman appoched us after his colleague tried to help and was so informative and went way above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed.   Would give less than 1 if possible! Absolutely disgusting in this day & age to still be selling these poor babies in glass windows & crates. Where exactly do these poor defenseless animals come from?? What conditions are they in prior to being kept in your tiny enclosures?? Enough is enough.

  Get with the program and remove pet shop selling live animals from the 'fashion capital'. Live animals are NOT fashion accessories. The fact that this shop also have broken glass where the dogs are kept and the shop owner won't remove them is more proof that profits are the only thing they care about! No more lease agreements to pet shops selling companion animals from puppy farms (no reputable breeder would ever sell to a shop!)

  By buying these origin unknown / un health tested animals, you are supporting & allowing these sort of practices to continue.

  Selling puppies aside, the staff here are so helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help you out. They have a great range of products, couldn't recommend them enough.
